Tatto Interno Module 1 – Residential
Tatto Interno is an experiential and practical approach that integrates movement and perception, placing body intelligence at the center and exploring how tissues respond to stimuli arising from the body, the mind, and the external environment. The practice supports the expression of movements deeply connected to balance, well-being, presence, and relationship with others and space.
The Residential Module 1 is the first of three modules that make up the complete training program and takes place in an 8-day residential format. This module is designed as an immersive experience that allows participants to come into direct and profound contact with the fundamental principles of Tatto Interno, laying the foundation for the perception and awareness of fascial movement.
The work will focus on the essential principles of Tatto Interno: developing and refining somatic awareness, perceiving the fascial response to stimuli, and understanding how these responses translate into movement to create connection and coherence within the body/mind system.
In addition to focusing on the foundations of personal practice, Module 1 also develops partner work as a pathway, offering a supportive and accompanying tool to facilitate the practice with others.
The workshop is open to everyone.
The course will be held on the island of Aegina, which is very well connected to Athens airport (metro to the port and an hour ferry to reach the island).
