Acquiring the perception needed to carry out personal practice. The basic course focuses on the healing process that practice can bring. Stimuli from within the body imprint movements in the fascial tissue that restore balance and well-being.
THEMATIC WORKSHOPS: (2/3 days)
Tatto Interno contains tools that can easily be integrated with other techniques to benefit from their effectiveness and visible results. The healing process, dance, shiatsu, various types of bodywork, yoga, and all practices that connect movement and perception can be deepened and intensified through the Tatto Interno approach.
COMPLETE TRAINING: (3 modules)
In the training, in addition to deepening and expanding the work of personal practice (structural alignments, stress release, the power of intention, etc.), you will delve into the world of Couple Work.
The “practitioner” can be supported by a partner who facilitates the movement and expands the experience. Training is achieved through role exchange in class (practitioner/supporter), but the goal is to be able to work with anyone. Accompaniment, through understanding and listening, opens the doors to a relational sphere that manifests itself in a shared realization of intentions: well-being, the creative process, perception, exploration, and movement as a research tool.
To access the complete training it is not necessary to have participated in the basic workshop or the thematic workshop.

An example of pair work
The fundamental principles of Tatto Interno can serve as a catalyst for enriching and deepening other holistic and somatic disciplines, providing practitioners with valuable tools to significantly enhance their practice and that of their clients. Developing the ability to listen deeply and engage with the body allows each gesture to be more authentic, coherent, vital, and effective in achieving its goals. In this way, Tatto Interno becomes a bridge between “technique and sensitivity,” between “movement and presence”, enhancing the effectiveness of touch, the quality of movement, and the connection with space and others.
